What this website collects

This website has one form: the enrollment inquiry form. Nothing else on the site collects information about you.

When you submit it, the form sends the following:

• Student name
• Parent or guardian name
• Email address
• City
• Current qualification, chosen from a list
• Programme of interest, chosen from a list
• Preferred contact method — email or in-person counseling
• Your message, if you write one
• Your confirmation that you consent to being contacted

What it does not collect

No telephone or messaging number is requested anywhere on this site, because none is published and the institute has not committed to answering one.

Why we ask for it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a counseling session. The guardian name is asked because many enquiries concern students who are under eighteen, and a parent or guardian is normally part of that conversation.

Submitting the form is not an application. It does not apply you to any programme and does not commit you to enrolling.

Where it goes

Your submission is sent to the institute's own email inboxes, and, where the institute uses one, to its enquiry-management system. It is not published, sold, or shared with anyone else.

Programme information is handled by the partner institution once you formally apply to it. At that point that institution's own privacy terms apply to what you send them, not this one.

What this website does not do

This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking. It stores nothing in your browser, and it keeps no database of visitors.

Fonts are served from this site rather than from an external provider, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

Children and young people

Many people using this site are school-age. If you are under eighteen, please involve a parent or guardian before sending an enquiry, and use their email address if you would rather we replied to them.

Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it

Write to info@lakeharborinstitute.com. Tell us the name and email address you used, and we will tell you what we have or remove it.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or what we do with it changes, this page changes with it, and the review date above is updated.
